    Not really, but there is someone that comes with my venue to take care of everything on the day of... so thats a bonus.

    There is one that comes with my venue that I will be using.  However, if it didn't, FI and I would probably have a debate over it.  I think I'd want one, and he doesn't.  At a minimum, I'd have a day-of coordinator to deal with everything that day.  I don't want to worry about anything that day except being pretty and getting married!

    Yes, I ended up hiring a weekend of coordinator when I had some big issues with my venue.  She ended up helping me switch venues (with 4 months left!) and I know she will take away a lot of stress on the day of.  We hired Dina from Scarlet City Events and she has been wonderful and so sweet!

    I think I am going to hire a weekend of coordinator so that any problems that occur on that day I wont have to deal with.  My motto is "no stress"

    Yep.  I am using Bliss Evenets.  Kasey is great, and she is very classy & creative.  prices are right in line with any other planners...and she has a variety of options based on what your need is.  Good luck!

    I am using Emilie Duncan. We met with Kasey of Bliss Events as well. She was really nice, but I found her a bit more expensive. That said, Kasey and Emilie coordinate on a lot of details. My FI doesn't really know the price (he would definitely object) but to keep both of us sane, it was a definite need.

    I would recommend at least a weekend coordinator. Sometimes the ones that come with the venue have other things they are doing too.  Not 100% devoted to YOU.  COSI lady was no where to be found, Others are there, but again, are doing other things.  Just an FYI.
