Master's Bridal Florist in Arlington Heights-Any reviews?

Has anyone used Master's Bridal FLorist?  I put down a deposit the other day and now that I am researching a bit more I am second guessing my decision.  I have only been able to find 3 reviews, and they were mostly negative. :(

I actually received a call from their because they were offering me $150 off one of their packages. (My sister filled out a raffle card for me at one of the stores they display their work) I've already pretty much made up my mind about flowers, but I was curious and did see they have some bad reviews.  However, it was only 3 and sometimes reviews over the internet need to be taken with a grain of salt.

Since you already put down a deposit with them, I would schedule a meeting (probably better in person than over the phone) and voice your concerns (in a nice way, of course).  Maybe talking to them will reassure you they're okay, otherwise, you still have time to look for another vendor if you're really that concerned.  Good luck!

I also had someone call me because I "won" $200 off my package...

I went to meet with them, but the lady I met with was VERY VERY PUSHY. She kept telling me I was lucky they had my date open and that I wouldn't be able to find another florist who was open and who was as low priced... and too, when I gave her 5 or so different ideas for bouquets, she started to tell me that I didn't know what I wanted and that she should just design my bouquet.

Needless to say, I left without booking... went to a nearby florist (Fabbrini's Flowers in Hoffman Estates), got a LOWER price and they have been AMAZING to work with. Not pushy, the nicest people, and beautiful work.

My advice- go meet with other florists to see what else is out there... if you still want to go with Master's- fine. but IMO- RUN! Hope this helps...
