Bubbles, Rice or Poppers?

Are you guys doing anything different than these? If so, what...??

And where did you order from?

We're using bubbles because we were able to get them for 50% off at the Wilton tent sale.

Our church won't allow rice, poppers, petals (or basically anything that could leave a mess behind).  I thought about bubbles or maybe those wedding wand things but still have no idea what we'll end up doing.

Good post -- eager to see responses!!

We did bubbles and got them in a party supplies catalog I wish I could remember the name of it. It had the word Oriental in it I believe.

Probably oriental trading company? They have a lot of wedding related stuff at a really good price.

Our church will only allow bubbles or those little wedding bells.  We're doing bubbles.

Our church will only allow biodegradable things like petals and bubbles would leave dirty windows after so they frowned on it so we are thinking about having the bridal party hold large sparklers up in the air (to have a control on the sparks instead of everyone having one) and us walking under that.

The sparklers are a good idea but I'm afraid of getting burned...that's just my luck.

We're doing bubbles too....we also got ours super cheap at Wiltons! I loved that tent sale. it was my first time hitting the tent sale. Highly recommended.

We are doing bubbles as well, as our church won't allow any of the other stuff!  I too think the sparklers are very cool...but scary!  We got our bubbles at Michaels with 40% off coupons and just tied ribbons on them.

I'm also doing bubbles at our outdoor ceremony, I'm toying with the idea of hanging them with ribbon from each guest's chair.

A friend of a friend of mine did sparklers and did end up with a burn in her dress!!  yikes!  But, then she decided to do a trash-the-dress shoot and the pics turned out amazing, LOL.  I think as long as you are very careful, it will be ok.
