Ring insurance?

I should have gotten this a while ago but in the 11th hour I am trying to tie up loose ends! For getting our rings insured, do we just go through our home owners insurance or is there a specific company that works specifically with jewelery?

I went through the same agent that my homeowners is with. They added a jewlery floater which basically covers the ring wherever I go (instead of just at the house). HTH!

Agreed...safe yourself a headache and go through your homeowners...that's what we did

I did the same thing! I don't even think it raised the premium.

Similarlly, we added as a rider to our renter's insurance.  It was surprisingly cheap!  About $60/yr for $9,300 of rings
