Hi Ladies,Why is it that despite planning, all these new charges start popping up and blow-up the budget?Just found out that my DJ needs a separate setup for the ceremony microphone and music set up ~$400. He's easily double the next most expensive DJ, and we though by hiring him, we could reduce the number of vendors and not worry about ceremony music.We were planning on having music 30 minutes before the ceremony, 30 minutes ceremony, cocktails and the reception.And now <3months out, chances are I'll need to rent them because the site of ceremony is ~50 yards from the tent.OR, because we are having 70 guests, do we even need a microphone (if we have a videographer, he may have us use his).Do you think this charge is reasonable?What have people been doing for ceremony music that is more affordable?This is such a headache!Thank you.
