Beach Permit/ Insurance

Hello to allI am looking at what it takes to get a permit for the beach? It says something about insurance can anyone help me understand what to do and where the best places to get this are?? Thank you!!Way confused!Jenny

    look in my bio under helpful links.  I got insurance from wedsafe as mentioned, and it was fine and cheap.
