I don't know if you saw my response, but I wanted to let you know that I did add a review of Seawatch to my bio. I can't believe I forgot them!!! They were awesome...I highly recommend them if you think they suit your needs. The location is stunning (as is everything in Wailea), and I found them to be great to work with. It was exactly what I wanted!

    Ooh, I hadn't seen your response yet, but thank you!  I'm so excited - it's looking like this might actually work.  :)One question - how far in advance did you reserve your space at the restaurant?  I have no idea how soon we should start thinking about that.  We obviously won't have for sure RSVP's for quite some time, so I'm unsure how this should proceed.Thanks!Carrie

    I booked the space about 8-9 months in advance, and sent out StDs about 7 months in advance. We didn't send out actual invitations until about 10 weeks out, with RSVPs due 5-6 weeks out. Although. people start talking when you send out StDs, and I already knew out final count (pretty much, anyway), before the invitations even went out....they were just a formality, I think. Seawatch doesn't need a count until about 30 days out. (I gave them an estimate when booking).
