HEEELLLPPP! Wedding Chair covers

Hey Girls. We are having our wedding ceremony on a private estate on Waimanalo Beach. Our wedding coordinators have advised that we would be able to use the owners chair below - and unfortunatley not allowed to use any others. L   http://www.getmarriedinhawaii.com/locations.html   You will see the photos of the “Hale Kai – Ocean House” and there is a photo of a flower shower with the type of chairs in background.   The problem I'm finding is that I can’t find any chair covers to suit this style of chair. *If only it didn't have arm rests*Is there any master googlers out there who might be able to find me something on ebay or something??Thanks for your help!

How about just renting different chairs? It may even be less expensive than renting chair covers.

My wedding co-ordinators pretty much told me that the "owner" preferred that I use his chairs and honestly i reckon they look like crap! And at 4.00 per chair... i think they would only be worth 50c.I wanted to get some nicer looking ones from Accel and they were cheaper! If I cant find any covers I will just scrap the chairs all together :(:(:(

Okay, so this sounds like (whether it actually is is something else) you're being backed into a corner. Is it in your contract that you have to use the ugly chairs? If not, feel free to tell your coordinator that she and the owner can prefer away, but you're going to use ones that look nicer and are far less expensive.

I agree with kaesha and MrsNFB.  Take a close look at your contract and see if there's really anything in there barring you from using "outside" vendors or bringing your own chairs onto the property.  If not, stick to your guns and bring in your own!I'd think that chair covers for those types of chairs (if they even exist) would be costly since they're an unusual shape.  I don't think it would be worth it to buy them if you found them.  I think you'd have trouble reselling them after the wedding.  GL!

Hey Girls! I am happy to report that they caved to my demands that I will not be completley happy if I had the garden chairs that they have made an exception! I am just responsible for the setup and take down of them! Woohoo... Thanks Millions for the advice girls xxx
