Wedding arbor: workaround for no structures on the beach in front of a private estate

Our wedding planner told us about the stupid DLNR law forbiding any sort of structures during the wedding on the beach. We are renting a private estate that has a large lawn and a sandy beach in front of it. We want to do a barefoot in the sand kind of wedding, but now we are forced to move the ceremony chairs to the lawn area.I still want to do the actuall ceremony(bride, groom and officiant) on the sand, but we need some sort of arbor. If the structure standing on the beach is not allowed, I want to get some sort of handheld arbor which could be held by groomsmen(like jewish hupa).Any advice on such handhelds arbors would be appreciated.Any other tips for workaround for the stupid DLNR laws would be appreciated as well.
