AW: RSVP protocol?

So my RSVP deadline is in 2 days but my reception venue numbers aren't due until Aug 12......so far I have just about half of the wedding guests response.  I know RSVPs will trickle in the next week, but for those who don't answer period, what would you all think would be the best way to track them down?  Phone call?  Facebook?  Both?  TIA ladies!

Honestly, I think most people might disagree with me, but I did absolutely nothing! I ended up with only slightly over half of the RSVPs coming back to me. But if it's a DW, it's not like people aren't going to RSVP, then just show up. I gave them an extra week or so, but then if they didn't RSVP, I put them down for 'no.' And it was fine....I didn't have anyone show up and surprise me. Not when the wedding was thousands of miles away for everyone.

I agree with Leah.  That's my plan.  That would take up MY time and my time is valuable.  They know when it is...the ball is in their court now.

we had about a 90% "accept with pleasure!!!" rate.... and about 20 guests didn't RSVP so we called them if they were older generation or facebook/emailed them if they were around our age =)
