Hey!  Just checking in to see if your FI has heard about where you guys are going next.  I thought you said you wouldn't hear until the fall but I figured I'd check anyways.  Hopefully it's some place good (where ever "good" is for you guys).

Hey Cristin! How are you doing? How is Germany?? No...according to FI we won't find out until Jan or Feb. 2010 and we should be leaving Hawaii in May. YIKES!! I can't believe that I will be moving away in 9 months. It's kindy scary but exciting at the same time. I pray (everyday) that it is someplace good. hahaha If you don't mind me asking...how are your guests that don't have base stickers getting on Hickam?? I ask because we are getting married on the Kaneohe Marine Base (on the Golf Course) and I was told that I need to provide a list of our guests license plate numbers to the Pass House so our those without stickers can get on base. I figure the best way to get that information is to ask for it on the RSVP. Do you have any ideas?

I'm doing good... still trying to get settled in.  My household goods don't get here until Monday (almost 2 months after I got here).  Germany is beautiful.  I am really looking forward to traveling but I'll have to wait for things to settle down.  Plus it will be nice when my FI comes and we can travel together.  That sucks that you have to wait so long for orders.  I really hope it's some place good.  Any place is as good as you make it to be - but hopefully you won't have to work TOO hard to make it a good place.    As for the invitations, I spoke with the head of the Officer's Club and she said they need the full name and birthdates of all my guests.  So I included on the RSVP a section for names and birthdates.  I also included, on a separate card, why we are asking for all that just in case someone is weirded out by me asking for all that information.  I thought for a second that we would need their socials too and I knew I would have issues getting that from people.  Thankfully we don't.  I have a copy of my invites if you want me to send what we did.  Email me at irish_milla02 at yahoo.com and I'll send those your way.
