    they might have come earlier...i have my mail go to my mom's house, so it might have been sitting there a while before i went to pick it up.thanks again!  have you tried it out yet???

    no, I haven't tried them out yet...  I know, I can't believe it!  But I've been too busy training for the tri, hoping that I will not cramp up or just simply not be able to swim the 1/2 mile.  I'm a pretty bad swimmer! yeah, I hope the cd's work and you like them!
