Camp Mary Orton?

Hello all! We're planning on getting married next July and are scouting locations...the idea is to have an outdoorsy, camping themed wedding. I went to visit Camp Mary Orton this week...has anyone out there had/been to a wedding there? If so, can you describe the ceremony site, how they laid out the reception, catering, etc? Thanks much! I haven't been to a wedding there, but I was recently at a retreat there.  I know you can rent out the lodge thing near the pool for a recption location.  Also, I love theadventurous stuff that they offer to guests, too.  You can rent the rock climbing or zip cord, etc. (although I still haven't out how guests dressed appropriately for most weddings can do that stuff).

I have been to a wedding there, and the wedding was outside of the main cabin area, and the reception was inside the building. They did the receiving line up the steps so you did it while you were headed inside the building.  As for te reception they had the once side of the room as the ance floor and the the other side for eating. The only thing I didn't like is the fact we had to use a porta potty if we needed to use the restroom.

One of my best friends was married there last Fall. Honestly, I thought it was gorgeous and a very cool location. The only downside I can think of is that they don't have on-site bathrooms and you have to use a port-o-potty for the restrooms. My friend has her cermeony in front of the big fireplace and then the dinner reception was in the adjoining room and the fireplace room became the dance floor (plus a few extra dining tables were in there for some overflow guests). It was a great location!
