Hi everyone!Just wanted to say hello- and join in on the blogging!My Fi and I got engaged in July and we began planning our DW to Maui!Its so overwhelming!!But at least we have a date and a lock down on a venue!We also just decided to go with a planning company.Anyone using Maui Wedding planners?:) M

    Hi, welcome and congrats!  I'm sure you will get some really useful feedback here. Maui--Lori Lawrence of Tropical Maui Weddings is very popular here (I am using her as well).  Events by Evonne is another.  You will find their sites if you google those names. Good luck, feel free to ask more questions!

    We are using Mauid Forever, for us. They don't do much but that's what I wanted so that I could be more involved. They have a bunch of different options and they get back to you very quickly! Hope that helps!

    Yay to another Maui bride! I'm using Events by Evonne and I highly recommend her if you want full coordination (she no longer does day of coordination). Where is your venue?

    Wow thank you all for your replys!We decided to go with "Maui Wedding Planners" because they were featured on the Knot (This literally has become like my bible). And also because the planner from MWP actually listens to me! I interviewed other planners/ companies  but they either didn't listen or they were really pushy (I even had a stalker-ish planner).Bo- Our venue is at the Olowalu Plantation house :)Soooo excited about it! it looks absolutely Gorgeous from the websites. (yes, we are taking a scouting trip out there very soon to see it in the raw don't worry.) But your wedding venue, Sugarman estate is one of our favs too! This is so fabulous to be able talk to real brides who have similar timelines and locations.looking forward to asking more questions :):) M

    Yay another Olowalu bride!  I'm going sight unseen so I would love to hear the results of your scouting trip! Good luck with the planning, congrats on getting your WC!
