Has anyone stayed at Kamaole Sands in Kihei??

We are thinking about staying at the Kamaole Sands in Kihei and was wondering what your experience was there?  It looks like it is in a great location and the price is definitely right.  A couple questions...Was not having maid service a big deal?  Or did you add it?How did you book the resort? From the website kamaolesands.com?How was the location? Any other information you think would be helpful please let me know.Thank you.

We stayed there last year when married at the Seawatch.  LOVED it!  Some condos are better than others.  I think we were in bldg 10 and it was a fantastic place!  As for maid service, who cares!  We're not messy people, so to save some $$ on that was great.  We booked through VRBO.  Don't book directly through Kam Sands website, as the units are not as nice as those directly owned and rented through VRBO.  You can negotiate with the owners too.  We paid using Credit Card and Paypal, but VRBO has insurance as well.  No problems whatsoever!  Directly across from the Kam Sands III beach too, which in my opinion had amazing snorkling.  Location great, can also walk to ABC stores and several restaurants.  I would book Kam Sands again once we go back.  Very very clean grounds and security guards really nice and ensure it's not trashed.  Pool is decent too!  Hope that helps

Okay, so when you plug the tinyurl into your siggy area, use this code (but remove the asterisks)<imgsrc="tinyurl" width=250"*>and it should come out the way it's supposed to!

I can't see your new pic... But as for Kamaole Sands, a good number of our guests are staying there and they also booked through vrbo or mauigoldcondos.com (they rent newly renovated condos at Kamaole Sands). I'll be sure to get their feedback and post a review after my wedding!
