I've been on this board for a long time and have never heard of the two websites you listed. Most hotels in Waikiki have in-house wedding coordinators and they also offer packages so you wouldn't have to hire an outside coordinator. You can see aerial views and reviews of the hotels on the Oahu Revealed book's website: wizardpub.com I'm sure some of the Oahu brides will chime in with coordinator recs.

I have never heard of those companies either. I worked with a WC for my wedding. Try to contact Dianna from Hawaii Weddings & Events. She's awesome. She has different wedding packages. She may customize one for you too base don your needs. I think she has specials going every once in a while. It's worth checking out! Tell her Ericka sent you her way :-). www.hawaiiweddingsandvents.com

I've never heard of the sites you listed either.  There are a lot of hotels in Waikiki that offer wedding packages but you would usually contact the hotel directly -- their catering office or their onsite coordinator.  There are waay too many to choose from and I'm sure a local WC would know better which ones might work for you and is within your budget.  I would definitely contact Dianna from Hawaii Wedding and Events.  I hired her for my upcoming wedding and she has been fantastic!!! very helpful and is probably my favorite vendor at this point.  Tell her Staci recommended you.
