Hi Marie, I am thinking of having Jamie sing at my ceremony as well. How was the duo with him and the violinist...if you recall? Where did you find the violinist? Did Jamie provide his own amplifier or did the hotel provide one...the reason i ask is that his amplifier system is quite expensive? Thx. J. :-)

Hey Julie!  We loved loved loved having Jamie and the violinist!!!!  (I completely forgot his name)  The Hawaiian songs we chose for the ceremony had a violin in them and I love the violin so I knew we had to have one.  Jamie actually prefers to choose the musicians he works with (which makes sense) and so brought the violinist with him.  And yes, he also used his own amplification system.  How many guests are you expecting?  We had 75 ppl so we really needed one.  If you're not having a lot of ppl, maybe you won't need the amp????  I would email him and ask.

Thanks Marie...I'm estimating that we'll be around 30...the reason we'll probably need an amplication system is that we will be near the ocean...i can speak to him and my WC for their recommendations. Plus we'll probably need one so my FI and officant can be miked. Thanks again!!! J. :-)
