Hey Brigette!  I ordered mine through Maui Floral and picked them up at Costco.  I found them on another Maui florists' website and asked Maureen if she could replicate them for me.   They were pretty inexpensive (through Costco anyways); Maureen was able to put avoid having to put them in glass vases (since the leaves covered the base) which also helped keep the costs down.  I have a better picture of the "inspiration photo" in my bio.
