Starfish Escort Cards

Anyone who has already used this idea...or is planning to, what size do you recommend? Are the 2-3 inch white finger starfish big enough or should I go with the 5-6 inch ones? TIA!

How many people do you have at your wedding? If not a lot - like under 20, then the big ones are nice because they'll make more of a statment and maybe just put it on everyone's plate instead of making it an escort card.  They can get expensive though. I just used small ones, like 2 inches and I got them for $8 for 100.  And the small ones are kind of cute - I say if you are using it as an escort card at the sign in table and if you have more than 20 people, save your money and go with the smaller ones.

I personally like the bigger ones more.Oh, I heard that if you're using the starfish, you need to air it out for a little bit because it has a fishy smell to it.
