Hi Regina!!!  I loved your teasers.  You looked gorgeous!!!  I was wondering if you were happy with May for hair and makeup, since you didn't mention her when you were recommending Bev in your other reply.  How was your experience working with her, and was she able to do the hair and makeup that you requested?

Hey, ya, I am still working on my vendor reviews!I would recommend May, but I think I would recommend Bev more.  May is great - I think on the day of though, I liked my Hair better at my trial.  Her airbrush machine broke during her earlier appoitment (wtg Ting - just kidding!), so I didn't get to have airbrush on the day of my wedding which was a little bit of a bummer.  But the regular make up looked great and stayed on the whole night. I didn't like my lipstick and eyeliner at the trial and she remembered and changed it the day of, and I liked the way my make up came out.  I did have to reapply my lipstick before the ceremony, but she gives you a little kit.  I LOVE the way she did my eyelashes the day of. I told her how I normally put on mascara and she mimicked it perfectly in the false eyelashes.I thought my hair wasn't as good as it came out in my trial - when I finish my married bio, I'll put pics of both.  The end product ended up looking a little bit more old fashioned then it did at the trial - at the trial the left side was pulled back a little tigher and there was a bit more lift.  Also, it kind of started coming out a little even by the ceremony - maybe my hair just was having issues that day. It never looked bad though, I just had to tuck a couple things back in here and there.When I had my H&M done with Bev for that wedding I was in, when I took out all my bobby pins at the end of the night, my hair was still perfectly in place (haha) but it was still never stiff or crunchy. May is still great though - I just showed her a couple pictures of what I was going for and just let her do her thing and I was happy with the results overall. So ya, I do still recommend her - I think if I wasn't so caught up in the excitement of the day, I would have had her tighten up my hair a little more. Oh and my mom absolutely loved her H&M - she even tipped her extra after I tipped her. Hope that helps!

Thank you.  I was so torn between Leslie Fair and May, and I just chose May because she had a lot of good reviews around that time.  I hadn't heard of Bev until Tya mentioned her.  I don't remember if Bev had a website or not.  Oh well, I've already booked May, and I just hope everything will turn out okay.  Thanks though for letting me know about May, even though you were still working on your vendor reviews
