Need help PIPing!

For some reason I can't remember how to PIP... can someone refresh my memory?  Also, I'm trying to update my siggy picture but my photo isn't adding.  Can someone please help me?  Apparently I've lost any knotting skills I had during my hiatus.

Thanks!  Do you know how to size the photos as well?  Cause I don't want them to be TOO big....

I always go to tinypic.com to resize the pictures. I choose either the thumbnail size, or website/email size.

I usually upload my pics on flikr and it saves the picture in different sizes.  I just pick the one I want and tinyurl it.  As far as resizing pics you already uploaded on another site, I'm not sure...

in terms of resizing the pic, when the langauge says height or width, include the size you want. there's PIP and siggy help in my planning bio - if you go there and copy and paste the language, you'll see what I'm talking about in terms of the picture sizing language in there. That size like 200 or 250 should be good.
