got married/getting married at the Haiku Mill?

I visited the Mill on a scouting trip and loved it, but haven't yet made up my mind to have my ceremony/reception there for a few reasons: 1) the tent.. my coordinator says it rains everyday and that a tent is highly recommended. does having a tent there locks in the space too much? am worried that it might feel claustrophobic under the tent 2) i'm thinking of having 60-80 guests, is the space big enough for people to mill around? the other location i'm considering is the sugarman estate which is much bigger and you can have separate spots for the ceremony, cocktail and reception 3) mosquitoes! what to do about them? 4) after party... i think we have to vacate the space around 10pm.. are there good spots that are reasonably close by to go to afterwards? if you have good photos of what the Mill looks like with a tent set up, I'd be super grateful if you could send them to me at stelladoro@yahoo.com thanks!
