Maui coordinator recommendations?

Ok I've probably posted way too many times in the last few days and it's prolly getting kind of annoying but everyone is so helpful and I just discovered the wonderful world of the knot boards Since all roads seem to lead me back to Maui can anyone recommend some really good planners there? Thanks

Lori Lawrence with Tropical Maui Weddings. She's the best! I'm going to meet her in person next week after months of email and phone correspondence. You will love her.

It really depends on what you are looking for and the kind of wedding you want...full coordination, day off with design and support or just day off, private estate, resort or beach wedding.I ended up choosing a coordinator not known on these boards...Erica Goldsmith from Couture Events...i really like her design style, her packages are very reasonable, and she is very sweet.  We've talked on the phone and communicated via email but we haven't gone into the nity grity of the wedding planning as yet. Once i finish my bio should be up next week...yeah...officially book my venue in January via Erica then we will start the planning...yeah yeah! http://www.coutureeventsmaui.com/index.htmlEvonne Wong by Events by Evonne is also a coodinator that i would highly recommend...the weddings she plans are always beautifully designed and well executed.  The reasons i did not choose her are that i wanted to book a planner now and her price list would not be available till next year, she is not a flat fee which Erica and Lori from Tropical Maui Weddings http://www.tropicalmauiweddings.com/index.aspx are, and she may...not confirmed...be moving back to San Fran and i really want someone planning from the Island...but this is just my preference.  http://www.eventsbyevonne.com/ Erica, Evonne, and Lori would be my top picks especially for private estate weddings.  If you would like a resort wedding then you could use their coordiantor.  If you are looking for a beach wedding Lori does those as well, and i've heard good things about Makena Weddingshttp://www.4mauiweddings.com/ .  Tifany27 who is getting married this weekend...woo hoo...also really raves about her coordinator...just can't remember who it is. I'm using Evonne Wong/Events by Evonne and I've been emailing/calling her almost daily over the last year and she is awesome. Highly recommended if you are looking for full coordination...she also gave me a flat fee and she knows and is friendly with a ton of vendors. You can see how my wedding turns out in a couple of weeks!

I would recommend interviewing a couple. I feel like I interviewed a million and either liked them or hated them. I personally am going with Lori Lawrence from Tropical Maui Weddings because I like her flexibility and custom packages. I've had a great experience in speaking with her via phone vs email. My aunt was in Maui and met her for me. Lori also was able to get permission from another bride to attend a cocktail hour for a wedding that Lori was planning. My aunt, who is extremely picky and critical, loved the work that Lori did.
