Veil

Where did you buy your veil from?  I don't understand why a piece of tulle on a comb costs so much retail!  I've been looking online and on etsy and ebay but can't find what I'm looking for (Ivory, 1-Tier, Elbow-Fingertip Length, Scattered beading along the edge for under $50)...any ideas?  TIA!

I got mine from obridal.com.  it was $99 but i had a lot of beading along the edges.  i think you can get a simple one for less but not sure how much.  here are some pics: http://bugirl.weebly.com/attire.html

I KNOW! It just doesn't make sense! I'm pretty sure several knotties have gotten veils from Occansey.  http://www.occanseydesigns.com/I haven't ordered mine yet, but its nice because its completely custom.  Hope you find what you are looking for !

I got my veil from Occansey - I think it was around $60 including shipping for a 108" cathedral veil, cut edge, no beading.  They were fast and my veil was great. You can go on their website and build your veil and see if the price works for you.  I definitely recommend them.

Yeah, they are rediculously expensive! I bought one at my bridal salon and never even ended up wearing it because of the wind! I am actually selling mine for $75 (half of what I bought it for)  if you are interested...it is exactally what you mentioned above, but no beading. We should all be in the veil business...we would make a fortune! haha

I bought mine from Occanseydesigns.com also. It took me a while to figure out what exactly I wanted but I went with an Ivory sheer 1 layer veil. It was 67 inches long (chapel length) with a plain edge and no beading. It was attached to a metal comb. Also the veil was cute from 54 inch wide material. I paid a total of $44.00 for my veil and they made it and shipped it very quickly.
