Dress:Wendy's-I know there are mixed reviews about Wendy's but I had a really good experience there. I think I worked with Sue, who was good about suggesting dresses to try on without being pushy.Alterations:Karen Schott did my dress alterations. She works out of her home in Blacklick and used to make wedding dresses at her own shop. She is AMAZING! You try on the dress and she just looks at you and knows exactly what needs to be done. She did two bridesmaids dresses for me previously as well. I also think her prices are super cheap. My dress was very simple, no beading or anything, and she did a hem, a bustle, some alterations around the chest and put in thin cups for support and only charged $75. Loved her!Suits:Rather than tuxes, we went with tan suits for the guys, as the bridesmaids dresses were brown and I sort of felt like black tuxes would clash. We got them through Romanoff's. There was a near crisis, when one of the GM's wife went to pick up his suit and they didn't give her a tie. They asked, didn't my FI ask for ties? Um, of course. We were imagining having to go to Kohls or somewhere on Friday morning to buy them, but it ended up just being a mix up and the ties were there (whew!). Also, the guy at Romanoff's said the pants didn't have belt loops so the guys didn't need belts...they did have loops so I felt like they looked a little silly without belts, but it really wasn't a big deal, especially in pics when their jackets were closed. Everything turned out fine, it was just mildly stressful to work with them because I think they were a little more relaxed about things than I would have liked :)Bridesmaids Dresses:We got them at David's. Again, it gets a lot of mixed reviews but two of my BM's and I went to the Easton location and had no problems. The dresses came in really quickly. My MOH got hers at one in DC and it matched the other 2 perfectly. They did not have their alterations done there however.Junior Bridesmaids Dresses:I didn't want to pay a million dollars to get the matching junior bridesmaids dresses at Davids, so I found really cute polka dotted ones at Dillards.com. They shipped them within days, the order was right and my two cousins looked gorgeous in the dresses!I think that's everything...overall, we were really happy with everyone!
