Gifts for family?

Hello ladies

I am looking for ideas for gifts for the family (read: parents) to present to them the night before the wedding. I've already gotten the plan for my mom. I'm commissioning someone to design a set of custom rings for the two of us. One for her, one for me, entirely unique but matching. The only difference is that hers will be yellow gold and mine will be silver so they don't clash with our wedding sets. She's my best friend and we've always been very close so this was something that I wanted to do as a symbol to her that even though I'll be married, and I haven't lived with them for a couple of years now, we have an unbreakable bond.

Now I need something creative and symbolic for my dad and FI needs ideas for his parents & stepdad. His mom & stepdad contributed $4,000 to the wedding fund so we really feel like we need to do something special for them.

I love the custom ring idea for your mom. As far as the rest... hmmm.. hard to give advice on 'personal' gifts without knowing anything about them or your budget. Maybe one of those nice kintetic watches for the guys? (especially if your dad/his dad/stepdad like tools or engineering or tinkering with stuff)...but they can be 200-500 dollars! A cute idea for his mom could be a photo book of pictures with him growing up...like a through the years book with baby pictures all the way up to adult years... and save the last page for a picture of you him and his mom together... so it gives the same message that you had for your mom... that even though your married...she's still his mom... Not sure if your going for sentiment or bling gifts. If I think of anything else i'll post.
