Haiku Mill Brides using Lori?

Hi.  I am getting married in Haku Mill in May 01, 2010 and my planner is Lori from Tropical Maui Weddings.  I was wondering any Haiku Mill brides out there using Lori would like to share some times to save money.  Tent?  Portable bathrooms?  If our weddings are back to back, the owner said we could leave a tent or portable bathroom from the same vendor.  This way we can save the transportation and set-up fees.  Any other items (vases, signs, decorations) that you don't need after the wedding, we can share the cost and ask Lori to hold on to them.  Anyone interested, let me know

I am getting married and using Lori.  Too bad you are getting married a month after me so I guess no sharsies......

I do have some things that I am bringing to Hawaii that I would consider selling to you instead of taking back with me.  I have silver chargers, birdcages, some vases, pillows for the benches etc that you may be interested in.  Email me at patricklindsey at shaw.ca if you are interested.

Hi there,

Just wondering, is your wedding happening in the day or evening?  I am getting married on May 1, 2010 as well, and have a placed booked, but am reconsidering locations.  I know, its a bit crazy reconsidering locations 5 months out, but hey, I need to be happy.  I love the Mill, and I don't know if they do 2 weddings in a day, but just wanted to ask your time frame.  Thanks and Happy Planning!!

Hi Malia,

My contract with the Mill says the time for use is 9am to 10pm, and they don't do 2 weddings in a day unfortunately...  Is your wedding date set or flexible?

No worries...I figured as much, but I just wanted to ask!  I want to keep the May 1st date.  I'm sure I can make my venue work..I think my fiancee and I are sometimes crazy impulsive with ideas!
