Gift Suggestions

Hello my beautiful Knotties!

Oh how I have missed you all. Since I rarely get to a real computer I haven't been able to follow the board very much at all. I used to just use my BlackBerry and the board is not available with the new formatting. *Frown*

FI and I are wanting to give many of our family members, parents in particular, gift certificates or items they can use during their trip to Maui for our wedding. Many of them have never been there before. I was thinking about a gift certificate for a dinner cruise or Mama's Fish House. Do you ladies have any other suggestions?

Thanks a bunch!

Oooh, we went to Mama's Fish house for dinner on Valentine's Day then woke up early to see the sunrise up at Haleakala , and Kevin proposed =)

I loved Mama's fish house and we got to sit next to James Hetfield from Metallica.

I would recommend Roy's in Kihei too or paddle boarding.  They also have boats that go out to Molokini for snorkling - if their the adventurous type.

mmmm ROYS! So good! plus if they don't end up using it there, they have the opportunity to eat there at home if there is one remotely close (i know there's about 50 scattered across the country!)

I would give them something fun....like when were just there, so many of our guests did activities, like ziplining, surfing, scooter rental, snorkeling, and other fun stuff......the snorkeling is awesome and you can just do it right off the beach, so a fun idea could be to get them snorkel gear. I am more of an activities person than a spend lots of money on fancy restaurants though, so who knows! Also there is an amazing sushi place in Kihei called Sansei.....so amazing and top sushi, I'm a sushi fanatic! We ate there 3 times!
