Knottie Parasol Question

What and where do knotties usually write their names on the knottie parasols?  I have the "new" pink parasol in hand and the the tradition hasn't started on that one yet...I wanted to start so future knotties can see where the parasol has been

Usually on the handle somewhere!

thanks!  do you usually write your name, you + hubby's name, or knottie screen name?  do you include the date?

Oh, I thought it was supposed to be somewhere underneath the parasol shade.  I just had the red one, and I had only seen one signature, and it was from littlefoot24 from last year, so I signed in the same place.  I didn't see marikoono or lilswtasyn on there, but maybe I was looking at the wrong place.

BTW, I posted on the Red Parasol Schedule that KathE Garcia is in possession of it until the next bride requests to use it.  She also wanted me to mention that the next bride should IN NO WAY feel obligated to book her wedding coordinator services.  She's just holding it since she thought it would be more convenient for the next Hawaii bride.

I used the old pink one (was going to use the red one, but didn't, so I just forward it along to the next girlie) and there were a few signatures written (in pencil) underneath the shade part. Think we just put our names and dates. SInce it's a new parasol, you can start the signature tradition anywhere you want. )

hmmm...okay, thanks!  i'll take a look and see what makes the most sense.
