Elite Signature DJ’s (DJ) A-
We went with them since we didn’t want to spend a lot of money especially since we weren’t even totally convinced we wanted a DJ to begin with. The only drawback is that you might not meet with the DJ prior to the wedding, in fact you don’t find out who it is until a couple weeks before. However, we ended up with Jeff and he wanted to meet with us to make sure it was perfect. He was amazing during the reception, making announcements, moving things up when some of our guests started leaving and making sure to notice what songs people got up to dance for.
Perfect Plate Catering (Catering) A++
The food here was beyond amazing, everyone couldn’t stop talking about how great the food was, especially the mashed potatoes and beef. Our service was great. Our servers kept filling our candy buffet all night and were very good about taking plates as soon as people were done with them. We also got a bartender from them which took all liability away from us, very comforting to know. We spent about $17 a person for three entrees, three sides, salad and rolls. We also got a china package for $5 a person which included all those extras like glasses, cake cutting, china, linens, etc. You pay for your servers but there is no extra charge for gratuity, although we gave them some extra money since they did such an amazing job.
Anita Kline (Cake) A++
What can I say about Anita that hasn’t been said before. But she is the nicest women ever and her cakes are delicious. Our catering company mentioned that the cake was the best cake they have had in a long time. My H was so excited about his Harley Davidson groomsmen cake and couldn’t believe all the detail she put into it.
Flowers on Springtree Lane (Flowers) A++
Again, one of those vendors that get awesome reviews and they deserve it. Their prices were extremely reasonable and again some of the sweetest women ever. My flowers looked beautiful and my bouquet still looks gorgeous now even though our wedding was Saturday. When they couldn’t find one of the flowers I wanted they called to let me know and to explain what they used instead to get the same look.
O’Neil Tents (Tables) A-
Although our hall came with tables and chairs, the only tables they had were rectangle and my H wanted round tables, he was worried it would look like a cafeteria otherwise. The only issue was that since we were having them delivered to the hall I asked for them to give us notice on the delivery and they said they would call a half an hour beforehand, however they ended up just calling when they were there, thankful my H was only 5 min away.
