Mass Appeal any good?

Please advise on this caterer, it seems they are the cheapest & easiest to work with thus far. We are only doing heavy apps though.  Thanks

We are using Mass Appeal and so far it has been great to work with them.  Sarah is always very prompt in returning calls/emails.  She also went out of her way to let us into our venue with the Linen rental company so we could see tablecloths in our actual venue.  I've been to a couple of their open tastings so far and am confident that they'll do a good job.  I know someone that used them and did food stations and the bride and MoB were very pleased.  If you do appetizers/stations, definitely have the Mashed Potato bar--the bride said everyone LOVED it!

So far, we've only had a positive experience!

Oh, I forgot.  Another thing I really like about Mass Appeal is that they'll take care of a lot of the little details for you for no extra charge.  For example, they'll set up placecards, favors, table numbers, etc.  I wasn't sure if I'd need a day of coordinator to do all that, but they said they are happy to do all those things for you.

I really liked them when I toured the facility and met the lady. I can't remember her name b/c it was almost a year ago, but they were really helpful and informative. The only reason we didn't go with them is b/c our church was too far away and I didn't want our guests to have to travel 45min to get there.

Thanks for the info - I'm looking into Mass Appeal too (along with about 8 others...).  Any other recommendations for other caterers?  Heavy apps and/or stations.
