Ladies,
I'm so freakin' excited!!! Finally sent in the revised contract with deposit...we are getting married at the DE Museum of Natural History!!!!
It has been months since we picked the venue and verbally secured our date, however, since the 1st contract they sent had a few mistakes in it we needed a revised one that took forever to go through the museum's laywers etc, finally my dad called and asked what was taking so long and they told him the woman was on vacation! He demanded to speak with someone else and told them to fax the contract to him...i went home a few days later, signed it and now it has finally been mailed!!! A few days later, we also mailed the contract and deposit for the caterer (The Greenery) which i'm also thrilled about!!! i feel like i have been waiting forever to get some "checks" up on these boards....so relieved to have these 2 things finally set....whew! yippee!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
