Where to get a veil?

I am looking for a fingertip (1 tier) diamond white veil with either pearls or crystals on the ends. I looked at some bridal shops and they are all at least $150! Are there any stores or websites that have nice, cheaper veils? Or re-sale shops even? I would like to spend $50-75 on one...  TIA.

I bought my veil from www.weddingveil.com. I know it sounds a little sketchy but I really really wanted a elbow length chantilly lace ivory veil and the cheapest I could find was about $500! I found it for $150 on this website and it's gorgeous! Anyway, might be worth checking out. Good luck!

Look at Goodwill. It can be cut washed and probably bleached.   I used my moms veil from 74!!!  She hand washed it and the cleaner pressed it and it looked great.  I even found sequenced lace at Joanns.  If you  have someone who is handy veils are easy to make with 1/2 the price.  Joanns even has sequence, beads that are pre stranded.   Also, consider asking a cousin if they have one...they will more than likely love to have you borrow it.Laughing

I got mine at a shop in Circleville, if you are willing to drive a little out of the way. Its called Uniquely Yours. I got a 2 layer, fingertip, plain without detail (just comb) for $30, I think. Being in a small town they seem to be very reasonable. You can call and maybe they can quote you based on what they have in stock. Good Luck!

I designed my own online.  It was everything I wanted for about $40.  I tried many different kinds on at shops and decided what I liked best and then went and made mine on obridal.com.  I was nervous doing all this online, but it turned out perfect and arrived very quickly.  Prices seem to be a little higher than when I had mine done, but still reasonable.

There are also many sellers on etsy that make veils, many vendors say they will make custom veils.

I got mine at veilshop.com.  Mine was very basic..fingertip, diamond white, 1 layer.  It was only $40.  Plus, they ship everything from Cincinnati so it arrives super quick!
