Addressing Save the Dates?

I'm not sure what the etiquette rules are for addressing STDS... especially for singles...Mr. X and guest or just Mr. X?

I am about to begin addressing our STDs and I was going to address them causually (e.g. Mickey Mouse vs Mr. Mickey Mouse).  At this time since it is so early I am not putting 'and guest' on the STD's.  If between now and when we send out invites they are dating someone seriously we'll put and guest, but we are not addressing every invite and guest as we are trying to keep the count down.

They can be addressed informally (without titles), and typically you don't say "and guest" on STDs.  However, I did write little notes on a few of mine (for guests with SOs that they didn't live with) saying something like "We hope you and BlahBlah can come!" to indicate that their SO would be invited too.

We didn't use any titles or "and guest."
