Groomsman, Best Man and Usher: BEWARE!

I'm about to go Bridezilla on them! FI has 3 groomsmen and a Best Man. Well, his BM and one of his groomsmen haven't even sent their RSVP's yet! And they were due Wedensday!!! They haven't gotten fitted for their tuxes yet either! And of the two ushers, one of them hasn't sent his RSVP or been fitted either! *screams* I'm about to go hunt them down!!! It's less than a month until our wedding. I can't believe these guys are being so IRRESPONSIBLE! And they're supposed to be FI's closest friends!!!Sorry ladies, I just had to vent! I feel a bit better now. Thanks!

Um yeah, I'd have gone ape sh*% on their butts by now too -- this is crunch time, you don't mess around with this stuff!  Good luck, I'd almost pass this off on FI with explicit instructions on how necessary it is to get these guys moving....but I hear ya, that'd drive me crazy too!

I felt like that too - I just vented to Mike, and he made sure it all got done :) I could voice my frustrations, but then it was a weight off my shoulders because I knew he would take care of it! I hope you find your zen in the coming weeks - soon nothing will bother you!!

There's something about men that makes their internal clocks go all haywire when it comes to weddings. My FI's friend is one of the most organized dudes I know, but when it came to his wedding he was late on EVERYTHING.

FI was supposed to line up one of his friends to drive us from the ceremony to receptions and then to the hotel. He didn't "get around" to asking until an hour beforet he ceremony! Luckily, one of his friend's husband was happy to do it, but really? One hour to go? Guys are sweet, but soemtimes they make you want to stick a fork in your eye.

It might be irritating, but it's not really crisis mode yet.  Obviously they're coming, so they don't think the RSVP is important (if you need their menu choices, just give them a call and get that info).  They still have time for their tux fittings too, and if they end up having to pay extra for rush-fittings, that'll be their own d@mn fault!  :)  But at a month out, they really do still have time...
