Which Knottie on this board recently got married and bought their dress from the Bridal Center in Plymouth?  It was not that long ago, but I cannot seem to find the post about the vendor reviews.All I remember is that the Knottie didn't like the customer service, but the dress was fine.  And I believe that they also had problems with the hotel staff where they stayed?I need to ask this Knottie a question after my experience there this weekend.  If anyone could tell me which one it was, I would more than appreciate it.Thanks in advance!

I had similar issues as Rachel. I thought they were pushy and I ended up having the manager help me. She was much better than the sales lady. I was so mad orginally that I called the designer to see if I could purchase my dress directly.

I had a bad customer service expeience there too. But, I agree the manager there is wonderful!
