I saw that you are getting your dress turned into a corset back - do you mind me asking how much that is going to cost? I am highly considering changing the back of my dress to a lace up, but have not looked into it at all. Also, where did you get your RD dress? It is supper cute!

I'm not sure yet how much it will cost. I am actually going to call Louise today to set up my first appointment. She said she was super busy for October and to call in November for my first fitting. I'll let you know how much she will be charging me. My zipper is completely broken (sample gown) so I had to get that fixed and decided it would probably be the same amount to do a corset back. And my weight always flucuates like crazy so I need a corset back.I got my RD dress from David's Bridal. I'm selling it after my wedding if you are interested :)

Thanks! I looked around and saw a couple that were quoted at $200 to get a corset back put in, but from what I have heard about Louise I would not be surprised if she ends up charging you less than that :). I may be interested in your RD dress! Although I think you may be smaller than me - what size is it? Thanks again!

I think it's a size 2 but Davids Bridal runs big. When I got it I was 139lbs. at 5'4. I'm about 120-125lbs. now and I haven't tried it on in a long time haha.

Sounds good! Just let me know once it gets closer! I am 5'2 and about 135 right now but will likely be around 125 by the time the wedding gets here. I am planning on going to David's Bridal to look at dresses so I can figure out how a 2 will fit me. Thanks!

Yeah, I'll keep in touch with you closer to my wedding. I'll let you try it on first to see how it works for you. I'm getting the length altered because I don't like how long it is. I want it to hit right above the knee or right below it, not mid shin haha.
