GCourteau- I just saw in your bio that you're going with The Deco for catering ... so are we! I feel like we got a steal with them and thought the food was SO good.

What's on your menu?

Anyone else going with them?

We were SO impressed when we went in for our initial tasting- I just hope it tastes that good when they are cooking for over 100, because it was delicious. We haven't done the final tasting yet, so we don't know exactly what we will be serving at our wedding- we tried the stuffed chicken breast with mango papya salsa, and the herbal roasted salmon (I believe).

We want to do the chicken and then either a beef option or that salmon we tried. We also need to pick out some appetizers for the cocktail hour.

How did you hear about Deco? I remember when we booked them I was a little nervous because I couldn't find any reviews, but the food was so good, and the prices so reasonable, I couldn't turn it down (And my venue reccommended them to me).

We're doing the mango-salsa stuffed chicken, too! We sampled that, the vegetable torte in pastry crust, wheatberry salad (amazing -- soooo good), roasted fall veggies and the field greens salad with all the fixins. 

I was amazed with the menu they came back with when we said we wanted around $17pp. I love that they bake all their own breads the day-of, and I think they also have beautiful presentation, which I'm kinda big on.

My mom somehow came across them while googling. I mentioned to Soile that we hadn't heard of them and she said almost all of their business is repeat customers and referrals. I really can't wait for the food.
