So I ordered my boudoir album last night from shutterfly and after I ordered it AND after the 30 minutes cancellation period, I realized that I accidentally ordered a navy blue leather cover rather than a black leather cover. I am so mad that I missed that detail. On the picture it just looks kind of faded black so I just thought nothing of it.
I emailed them (about an hour after ordering) and they responded saying that they can't change it and that I have two options, either keep it as is, or when it comes in the mail, I can write "refused" on the package and it will get sent back to them and I willl be refunded. In the mean time I can reorder it today in the black.
It would seem like a no brainer to just reorder it but I used a $20 giftcard towards the order so I have a feeling that they will refund my credit card what it was charged and then give me my gift card back, which I have no desire to have....
