Wedding Party Gifts

I am thinking about getting the bridesmaids a nice vase.  I'd like to give them something along with that, but can't think of anything.  Do you guys have any ideas?  Something that goes with flowers, vase, etc?

What did you get your flower girls and ring bearers?

Also, did you get your parents something?

I went back and forth between wanting to get our flower girls and ring bearers something fun and practical or something sentimental. I choose fun and a little practical since I'll have lots of opportunities to get them something sentimental in the years to come. So the girls got Disney Princess Barbie Dolls, and the boys got remote controlled cars. I also got them each activity books for the reception and placed them at their tables so they'd have something to do while waiting for dinner.

We got our parents each a digital picture frame.

I like the vase idea. Maybe a gift card to a local flower store to put inside?

I bought mine jewlery to wear for the wedding and a clutch purse.  I bought my flower girl jewlery with a cute purse and I'm buying my ring bearer polkemon cards.  Plus I'm going to do the color crayons/activity books for both of them.

I thnk after the wedding is over I'll give them each a framed photo.

We gave our two FG's dolls: Wedding Day Barbie and Ken for the older one and a soft stuffed bride doll for the younger one.  I also made a little memory book for them.  It was a photo flip book and I printed off little cards to go in some of the picture spaces like "These were the pretty dresses we wore to the wedding" and "Everyone danced into the night."  Then after the wedding, I sent them a bunch of pictures from the wedding to put in the albumn.

My BMs got: a pashmina shawl, a lunch tote (cute brown bag) with their initials on it, isotoner slippers, water bottle, snack bar, and a little make-up bag with day-of things like hairspray, bobbypins, lotion, etc.

We got the bridesmaids a beautiful photo album with their monogram engraved on it.  They all loved it.  We got the groomsmen a very nice Carhardt vest and they LOVED it!  I think that anything is practical and not something they can only use once is great.  I also got the bridesmaids their pashminas, but I didn't really count that as their gift since it was light blue and they may not use it again.
