NWR : Christmas List Help

Ladies I  need help. My Mom has been bugging me for my Christmas List. I really don't have anything that I want. I love giving gifts but not huge on receiving them. (kinda goofy I know)

All I can come up with is my perfume and make up which can get spendy. My Mom although Mom-zilla has put alot of $ into the wedding so I really don't feel comfortable asking for more.

Any advice on what to do? Ask to have a Mother Daughter day? I'd love to just spend time with her doing stuff vs. opening up a gift from her.

TIA ladies!

A Mother/Daughter Day would be a nice present, I know my mom would appreciate that!

Honestly, all I asked for what recessed lighting in my and FI's condo and a Costco membership :-P

One thing I might get my sister is this:
    http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B001DKDAVW/ref=ord_cart_shr?ie=UTF8&m=A1CUXCEWGAZ8O2

It is a jewelry cleaner that cleans with sonic waves and just water. I have a firend that has a similar one and loves it and my sister always complains that her ring gets dirty. I kinda want one too :).

I couldn't think of anything either so I asked my mom for gift cards... it is really lame but I need new dress pants for work so they can't really buy them without me there. My mom and I went shopping before and she paid for them but then kept the pants and wrapped them for my gift... actually thinking back I believe I wrapped them... I also asked for a gift certificate to the spa I like to go to. That is part of my getting my skin in shape for the wedding plan, I have been getting monthly facials but they get expensive.

How about GC for movie night with the FI or her? Or restaurant GC? Or photo frames for the 8 billion pictures you are going to have from the wedding? A Ring Cleaner is an awesome idea.

Or winter socks. Why do I never have enough?

I'm asking for Gene Kelly DVDs and a few books.  Gift cards are great, too.  In my family, my parents always said they're a cop-out, but they really do make sense for picky people like myself.

Is there anything you need for around the house?  Kitchen gadgets?  When I'm looking for ideas for other people, I go through my Daily Candy emails to see what's cool that I kept in my inbox.  I believe their site has all that stuff, too.

Any magazine subscriptions? US Weekly? Minneapolis/St Paul Magazine is doing their $9.99 for a year, which is good!
