What are you working on now

Just wondering where everyone is in the wedding plans, what are you working on now.
Some things I need to be working on:
1. Set date with caterer for food tasting
2. Figure out what kind of food we want to try for food tasting
3. Set date for cake tasting
4. Finish printing and cutting paper for invites
5. Get printer to work, so it stops printing with shadows so I can complete step 4
6. Find a date to assemble invites with the help of those people who said they wanted to help
7. Find shoes that look as great as the ones I have, but don't hurt my feet so much
8. Work on completing our photo card box after we get out e-pics back
9. Order picture thank yous for shower with one of our e-pics

That's what I've got for short term plans, how about you?

Finding a reception and ceremony site... I am a researcher so I like to lay out all of the options before I make a decision. I would hate to make a reservation somewhere and then find a better deal later!

Attempting to take E-pics (We've rescheduled 3 times due to rain)
    Assembling invites
    Tracking down addresses

That's about it for right now. The bulk of the other items on my to-do list will be July and August!

I hit a lull, and now need to kick it into overdrive.

    1. Book a DJ.
    2. Finalize linen rental plans.
    3. Buy, print, and assemble invites.
    4. Schedule dress fitting.
    5. Reserve room block for OOT guests.

We just mailed our invitations this morning, so I feel a HUGE weight lifted off my shoulders!

    Next to-do items:
-Wait for the RSVPs to roll in, and begin working on a seating chart
-Finalize ceremony -- then finalize programs and print them
    -Finish table numbers
    -Finish memory candles
-Bridal shower and bach party in a few weeks!
-Hair and makeup trial in 2.5 weeks

And I still need to figure out what the heck I want to do for a card box. Nothing seems to appeal to me. Uggghhhhhhhh...

I'm married now, but my wedding to-do list isn't over!

    1) Pick wedding pic and design Thank You card, order through Vistaprint
    2) Print off photobooth pictures and honeymoon pictures to include with Thank You cards
    3) Pick wedding picture for my mom to put with the announcement for the newspaper back home
    4) Tackle the giant mound of shower and wedding gifts in our living room.
    5) Convince the hisband that we should use some of the wedding money to buy a Dyson!

Seriously, the Dyson my FI and I got last year is like our first-born child.  We absolutely adore it.  Every once in awhile, you can find them on sale at Dayton's, and then you can use those discount coupons, too, if you use your Dayton's card.  Our Dyson is even better because we got something like $100 off on it.

Everything I'm working on now hinges on us figuring out what our colors are going to be.  We went from lavender/spring green to black/white with one color (blue, green, or yellow), and now I'm thinking aubergine or plum with light blue/turquoise or spring green.  What I really need to do is pick up a bunch of paint chips at Home Depot and sit with them until I make a decision.

Tomorrow we're meeting with our photographer to get him on contract.  I want to get our e-pics done quickly so we can design our STDs since FI's got most of his family coming from OOT.

Trying to find truffle molds with "A" and "J" on them with swirls and scrollwork around them for me to use to make our favors.  At least this isn't something I absolutely have to do until the end of next March, but I need to know if I need to find someone who will custom make them for me.

Don't know about Targets in your area, but the St. Cloud Target has the $500 Dyson on sale for $350, I would totally buy it if I had an extra $350 lying around, but FI and I decided to buy a bed the weekend before, so I'm sure FI would kill me if I spent another $350. I'd check it out, it's a pretty good deal!

Ugh the to do list seems to keep getting bigger vs. the other way around! Here's the upcoming goals:

-Find, meet with, and book a florist
-I need to start looking at dresses here pretty soon, but I'm not sure when that will happen
-Start working on the aisle runner
    -Buy supplies for invites
