Rehearsal Dinner spots on or near the river

in Minnesota-Minneapolis and St. Paul
Does anyone know of a good RD spot on or near a river that would fit with the following?:

-Rehearsal will be in Hastings
-Hotel block is at the Marriott by MOA & Ikea

We wanted to do a riverboat thing, but prices are looking too steep. Our wedding is right around the peak of fall colors, so I'd love a spot that is near some of that beauty.

Appreciate any help!

    I am not super familiar with the Hastings area, but I know Stillwater has some really nice places.  The two that come to mind are the Frieght House and the Boat House both which are right on the water.  In Afton, you have the Afton House Inn which also right on the water.
