List of common DIY projects

Going off of my earlier post (useful post ideas), it was suggested that we make a list of common DIY projects.  Maybe those Knotties who have included instructions in their bio could raise their hands and we could include that info as well.

I have instructions in my bio for (http://hkiesling.weebly.com/diy.html):

Interactive photo wall
Painted aisle runner
Dying your crinnoline
Pew decoration cones

DIY Projects?! :) Ha I have a ton!
They are all in my planning bio under DIY, Paper, and Flowers. I have instructions in there for a chunk of them but if anyone needs help with anything just PM me or post and I would be happy to help!

I also put a section in my married bio with most of the DIY projects in action next to a pic of them in the planning stage.

I am only DIYing my card box and that's it!  The card box alone has taken 3 trips to Michael's, and 3 different days of working on it so I am stopping there at DIYing  :)   ...Although I will say it is one cool card box  ;)

    Adding to the list above:
    Reception Favors,
    Photo Cards,
Thank you cards (showers, wedding etc.)
    Candles (Unity, memorial)

(I have an awesome list of what we did for my sister's wedding - my mom is a "professional" crafter, so it's in our blood. Most of my wedding will be DIY)

We are also going to do:
STDs, Invites, Programs, Bubbles, All candles at the ceremony, all flowers, Jewlery for Bridal Party and moms/grandmoms...
All centerpieces, Decor for the Cocktail hour, favors, photosharing cards, guestbook, guestbook information signs, all signage at the reception/getting to the reception, table numbers, escort cards, photobook (our photographer provides the backdrop/some props, we're doing a bunch more!)...

My DIY list is in my planning bio, with pictures of each project (except card box b/c that was finished 2 days before) and with either directions or links to directions + links to places where I bought materials :)

    personalized wire hanger! =]

    Bridesmaid jewelry
Flower girl hairpiece (I modified a Martha Stewart idea using headbands)
    card box
    ring pillow
decorate your framing (I'm doing mosaic on all frames)
garland to hang over cake table or escort card table
    escort cards
    flower baskets
invitations (to an extent, since you'll probably need to have them printed)
    guest book personalization
    signage
    purses
    personalize shoes
    cake topper
    centerpieces - decorating vases
    hairpiece for yourself

I'm doing all of these down to "signage."  So far, I've got BM jewelry, FG jewelry and hairpieces, and card box done.  The next big project is mosaicing about 20 frames.  Should be easier than flower pots and 3' planters!
