    That's got to be really hard! How many RSVPs do you still need to get back? How many yes and nos have you gotten? Can you start calling around and asking or what is your deadline RSVP date? Ours is May 13th and we still have 170 people we need to hear back from!!! Also, I'm such a procrastinator but there are like 4 invites that I still need to get in the mail and just haven't have the time or effort to get to them.

    Are you couting the alcohol and food in your minimum? I was nervous about this too because I thought it was only food but it's both. I'm sure you know because you already had your meeting. I have mine tomorrow.
