    Annie - Slim Genics. I've tried WW in the past and I needed a program that held me more accountable. I cant rely on myself -- as part of this program I keep a journal and have people check it and they call me when I miss weigh ins. I have a FBIL that thinks I'm crazy to pay for weight loss program (he is a body builder) - but I struggle with discipline and just general knowledge of nutrition.

    Shannon, I completely understand! Which SlimGenics office do you go to? I'm really wanting to start a program, and realize that WW is not for me... been there done that I'm not diciplined enough to stay on that program. I'll have to check in on SlimGenics

    Annie I don't think they have one in St. Cloud but my mom did a similar program called weight loss solutions I believe near the hospital and she lost 20lbs. Its spendy though. I've heard great things about sparkpeople or something like that too. its a website community that holds others accountable during their weight loss journey.

    You look great Shan!  Who cares if your FBIL thinks youre nuts ;) he should be glad you are taking action no matter how you do it!  Love your dress!
