Hey Ladies!  I just wanted to let you know about this awsome photographer I have been working with.  She does it as a side job so she is VERY affordable if you are working with a budget and she is good!  You can find her on facebook at RB Imagery (her name is Rebecca Burdick).  Totally worth checking out!

ok - I'll say it.  This seems awfully vendorish to me.  Advertising for a business isn't allowed on the boards.  I see from your bio that your wedding is more than 2 years away adding to the whole vendor vibe.  I'm glad that your friend/family member/self whatever has a nice side gig, but you may want to reconsider volunteering the info until someone asks for a recommendation. 

If you're not a vendor, my apologies but hopefully you can understand why it comes across as such!

Thank you for your opinion.  I actually have gotten alot of advice on here about budgeting and issues I am having so I was attempting to help someone else who may be in the same position as me by passing along a great find.  As far as my wedding date being 2 years away, I have chosen to do things early, one thing at a time so that I don't turn into a bridezilla.  I apologize for offending you so deeply, but perhaps someone else will appreciate my efforts.

Please don't be offended it is just weird for someone new to post something like this. We have had vendors try this stuff before so people are sensitive to it. It is more typical for people to ask for help finding vendors and then you give feedback like this. Or introduce yourself and say what you have been up to and include the vendors you have been working with so far so we can help you out.

We don't want you to be scared off from the forum because this is an amazing board with lots of helpful brides, we just want to keep it to brides.

Not offended in the least - just trying to keep the boards honest!  And again, I said if you aren't a vendor, my apologies, but newbies posting stuff like that is typically people trying to drum up business.  There has been a TON of spam on the knot, nest, etc lately.  The knot is a fab place to get recommendations and I hope you continue to tout the great deals you get.  Just gotta be aware of how they come off.
