Pre Wedding Ceremony

We are doing a PRE- wedding ceremony for a couple who is getting married in Nova Scotia and need some ideas and help on how to pull this off!  Since ALL of the grooms family will not be able to attend the destination we want to pulloff somewthing here over the 4th of July!  We are using a RED/WHITE /BLUE theme!  .

    I'm not really sure what you're asking. Are you holding a reception or the ceremony? Are you trying to do this for 4th of July this year? Are you thinking like a picnic or a whole dinner and dance type of event? How many people are you planning for?
