Has anyone had their ceremony at Profile Event Center?

If so do you have any tips or pointers on how to make it run as smooth as possible?

I know that there have been a couple of brides on here that have had both their ceremony and reception there, but I don't know if they're around here anymore. I believe Steph is having both there and her wedding is really close so she might have tips for you soon. Otherwise I really recommend talking to Heather. She's been nothing but wonderful with communication, tips, and ideas and I know she's done several ceremony to reception turnovers there so she'll have good advice.

Heather said it should only take about 30 minutes for the change over.  And we're having 200+ people, and we're having a buffet.  Which room did you block? She made it seem like it'd be easier in the Casablanca room (the longer, bigger room with yellow walls.)  Plus! There's now a sweet bar lounge area that you can shoo people to during the change over

There are a few other girls who had ceremony and reception at PEC.  I can't remember who at this point though.

I am having miy ceremony and reception there in 3 days!! I think it will be pretty smooth. They will change over the few things that need to be changed during the cocktail hour after the ceremony.
