Van Dusen Mansion in Minneapolis

Has anyone heard of the recent legal troubles involving the Van Dusen Mansion in Minneapolis? I was wondering if any of you Knotties have contracted your venue at that location. If so, is your venue rental now in jeopardy?
I tried to include the most recent link involving the mansion and was wondering if this is going to leave brides-to-be out in the cold, so to speak. Hopefully not, but it doesn't sound too good.

    A few months ago someone posted that they were pretty much SOL because the mansion wasn't doing receptions and they weren't getting their money back for it.
